Celebration Key and Mardi Gras have teamed up to turn waste into growth.

Working with third‑party ATO technicians, our new sustainability program diverts roughly 2,800 pounds of spent coffee grounds each week from Mardi Gras to Celebration Key. Instead of heading to landfill, the coffee grounds are transformed into a rich, natural fertilizer that nourishes our extensive landscaping—focused on native palms and trees.

Launched on January 9, 2026, this initiative strengthens soil health, boosts long‑term landscape resilience, and exemplifies our commitment to circular resource management and environmental stewardship across the destination.
